- Registration Form: One-time application processing fee of ₹300 applies.
- RBU Staff & Sibling: 50% discount on tuition fee plus 25% discount on admission fee.
- Single Mother Concession: 50% discount on monthly tuition fee across all grades.
- RBU University Sibling: 25% tuition fee concession for students with siblings in RBU courses.
- SC & Low-Income: 25% tuition discount upon presentation of valid documentation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are textbooks, uniforms, and meals included in the fee?
No, textbooks, school uniforms, and cafeteria meal plans are purchased independently from authorized vendors to allow parents full flexibility.
Can multiple concession categories be combined?
No. As per institutional guidelines, only the highest eligible single concession applies per student. Concessions do not stack cumulatively.
When are the fee installments due?
Monthly tuition fees are due between the 1st and 10th of every month. Annual charges are split equally into two terms: April 1–15 and October 1–15.
What payment methods are supported?
Payments can be made via UPI/QR code, net banking, credit/debit cards on the Parent ERP portal, or by Demand Draft drawn in favor of Rayat Bahra International School.
